Samantha Hynes

Lead Elementary Teacher


Samantha Hynes (Ms. Sam) will be starting her third year as our Lead Elementary Teacher. She holds an Associates of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently attending school to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. 

Samantha has been a Special Needs Educator since 2014.  She has 10 years of experience working with children from Pre-K through 6th grade.

Before Samantha began her career in education, she worked in a hospital as a CNA. She left in 2013 to pursue her true passion, teaching and helping children to grow academically, behaviorally, socially and spiritually.

Ms. Sam was actively involved as a volunteer in our school’s Challenger Baseball League.  She currently resides in Zephyrhills with her family.

In her spare time Ms. Sam enjoys spending time with her daughters and sharpening her skills by taking various courses and classes.

Samantha’s certificates include:

  • Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Counseling
  • American Sign Language
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder Early Childhood Management
  • Working with Students with Special Educational Needs.
